Tom Söderlund
Head of Games Publishing, Synergenix

Tom Söderlund is Head of Games Publishing at the mobile games publisher
Synergenix. In 2000 he co-founded the games studio It's Alive, famous for
the location-based game BotFighters, and has worked as executive game
producer at the mobile games publisher Daydream.
Born with a creative itch, Tom created his first game at age eleven on his
Commodore 64. Today, he's working to redefine the games industry, and is
striving to become the world's greatest game producer.
He has an MSc in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of
Economics, and his background includes the broadcasting company Modern Times
Group (MTG) and founding the online art gallery bin·aire. Tom is committed
to the games industry and runs the non-profit site A Different Game, and
co-founded the Swedish Computer Games Institute. He is also an amateur
filmmaker and co-founder of the movie studio Dubbla Drakar.
