Game Researcher and Designer, Veikkaus, the Finnish National Lottery

Aki Järvinen has promoted game research both in academic and industry contexts.
His credits include academic papers as well as mobile games and popular game
reviews. Currently Aki is working in Veikkaus where he is building bridges
across research and product development, especially heading projects related to
game design and research. He is also in the process of finishing his Ph.D. on
game analysis and design methods for University of Tampere.
